Perfection in action
Pros:

This was a flawless experience in every way; location, cleanliness, service, food and hospitality were all at such a level of perfection that it has become one of our favourite hotel stays of all time.

We had a great stay at the property. Food met our expectations. The staff is also friendly.

Cons:

We had a late check in as our flight from Delhi was delayed. We were informed by the restaurant staff that as per our package- Breakfast and Dinner is included. We were aware that Breakfast was included but were pleasantly surprised that Dinner is also included. My Husband asked the staff to check once again about this. We were re-confirmed that dinner is included. Great, so we opted for Buffet dinner that day. The next day after having our Buffet dinner, we were given a bill to sign. We were astonished and were informed that there has been a miscommunication regarding our package details. What we did not like was the way the entire thing was handled. We wanted to give feedback for the same but none of your hotel staff bothered to let us know how we could do so. We did pay our food bill (were given a 20% discount). A Brand like ITC should know how to handle situations like these. Customer was mis-informed, is this customer's fault??? A miscommunication like this ruined our expectation. Although it is a minor issue, but this could have been handled a little more professionally. Apart from this issue, everything else was well taken care of.
