My stay was disappointing due to poor service and an overall unsatisfactory guest experience.
Pros:

There was nothing particularly memorable about the property that stood out positively during my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. The service quality did not match the standards promised, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. As a result, I was forced to seek a chargeback through my payment provider. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and guest experience in the future.

Amazing
Pros:

Location was wonderful. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Especially , Shoib at the front desk, who made extra effort to make my young kid feel comfortable. he went an extra mile for him and took him horse riding too. My son said he made a friend and while leaving also drew for him. The picnic they arranged was wonderful.

The best place to stay in Pahalgam
Pros:

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Go out of the way to make every guest feel special.The GM also regularly interacted with all guests. During our stay also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr Burza.

Cons:

The hotel has a regular shuttle to another resort on the riverside, a sister property called Heevan hotel. However, would be nice if there could be a regular shuttle to the market, which is quite a distance from the hotel.

One of the best in Kashmir, a must stay place for someone who is in Kashmir for a peaceful luxurious memorable stay.
Pros:

Exceptionally beautiful and amazing property, one of the best in Kashmir and in India. 1000% percent excellent hospitality by entire staff. Would like to thank all of them for their unhindered services. Especially Sohaib front desk, Shabbir, even the staff at the entrance were so welcoming. Will surely come back again.

The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality extended by the entire team, especially the Front Desk Manager, Nisar. His attentiveness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Whether it was assisting with requests, ensuring a seamless check-in, or simply making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, Nisar exemplifies what great hospitality should look like.

The staff, overall, were incredibly courteous and always eager to help, creating an environment that felt both luxurious and personal.

The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly complements the serene charm of Pahalgam. Every detail, from cleanliness to service, was handled with care.
