Pros:

The location of the property is amazing ! The staff is really helpful and assists you eagerly in all ways ! The small cafe called Cafe Cafe dishes out yummy limited menu dishes for you ! They were prompt enough to address small shortcomings in a lightning speed !!

Cons:

Not a complain but if you are a light sleeper the property being located on the main road you will take some time to sleep although they had thought fully provided us foam ear plugs which kill the city noises to a great extent ! Also if i may suggest better sound proofing windows will do absolutely magic to comfort !

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great amenities. Comfortable sleep and lovely space.

Cons:

The noise at night was still a little loud, but that’s expected when you’re in the heart of it all! Maybe a nice touch would be to offer guest ear plugs?

Location was decent, easily accessible by car.
The staff was courteous and promptl.

Cons:

Let me start by saying that I was charged almost 10k a night for a place that was hardly even worth half that price.

1. The hotel building: congested, boxy and dingy. Rectangular building with 5 floors and just one small room on each floor. To enter their cafe, one needs to go out on the street first and then go in

2. The room:
clean but very dingy - the photos shown in the listing are clearly a bit old.
The TV (a normal one), where the set top box was deactivated, we had to ask for it to be recharged.
We had to call for glass, cups, towels and water - the basic things every room is expected to have.
The ac remote was old, with worn out keys and didn't even have functional batteries in it.
Soundproofing was done but still ineffective, with constant noise & ruckus at all hours of day & night

3. The bathroom: this was in the worst condition
Bathroom window shared the exhaust window of the kitchen - constantly filling the bathroom and room with heat and smells from the kitchen
Leaking hand shower, spraying water even when off, making it very difficult to use.
Water inlet of hand shower was connected to geaser, throwing out boiling water mid-wash!!
On flushing, the commode and it's connecting pipe leaked water - i don't know if it was clean or dirty
Geaser overheated and boiled up all the taps in the toilet

All in all, I felt completely cheated by this property. They literally looted us with the kind of money charged for a sub-standard stay.

Good location. Close to Assi Ghat.

Cons:

Rooms clean but very badly planned.
Bad here it goes,
Mattresses, pillows not up to the mark.
Biggest issue is the noise level in the room and being close to the Assi Ghat where the morning Arti is held you have vehicular movement right from 3 in the morning. Impossible to get sleep.
On the web site says it has got a bar but is unavailable.
Staff is untrained. One has to ask for cups and glasses and refilling of tea/coffee sachets but when they do they don't realise that there is nothing to stir.
Room safe doesn't work and they did nothing about it even after bringing it to their notice.
Over all not a pleasant stay.

Rich experience
Pros:

Hotel is well kept and the staff every ready for any help or service. Location is fantastic, being close to Assi Ghat. Pehlwan Lassi and the Shri Madhu Bahaar sweets nearby are excellent places for local food.

Cons:

Assi Road is hustling and bustling 24x7, so be ready to hear all kind of sounds even at 3 am. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

Location was good. Amardeep and his colleagues were very sweet and helpful.

Cons:

Hot water was inconsistent. Room service was not through the day. Cable service — most channels were not available. Did not have all the services that were advertised.
