Good location. Close to Assi Ghat.

Cons:

Rooms clean but very badly planned.
Bad here it goes,
Mattresses, pillows not up to the mark.
Biggest issue is the noise level in the room and being close to the Assi Ghat where the morning Arti is held you have vehicular movement right from 3 in the morning. Impossible to get sleep.
On the web site says it has got a bar but is unavailable.
Staff is untrained. One has to ask for cups and glasses and refilling of tea/coffee sachets but when they do they don't realise that there is nothing to stir.
Room safe doesn't work and they did nothing about it even after bringing it to their notice.
Over all not a pleasant stay.

Rich experience
Pros:

Hotel is well kept and the staff every ready for any help or service. Location is fantastic, being close to Assi Ghat. Pehlwan Lassi and the Shri Madhu Bahaar sweets nearby are excellent places for local food.

Cons:

Assi Road is hustling and bustling 24x7, so be ready to hear all kind of sounds even at 3 am. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

Location was good. Amardeep and his colleagues were very sweet and helpful.

Cons:

Hot water was inconsistent. Room service was not through the day. Cable service — most channels were not available. Did not have all the services that were advertised.

Ubicación perfecta y personal muy agradable...muy bonita habitación y muy cómoda la decoración de la casa muy linda y excelente servicio de desayuno.

Que la ducha se ubica entre vater y pila... siempre está todo mojado cuando uno se ducha.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Es ist direkt an der Hauptstraße, zum schlafen muss man Ohrpröppel benutzen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und es gibt ein tolles Frühstück, wird ganz schnell herbeigezaubert. Es war aber nicht im Preis enthalten.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei sehr harten Stühlen.

Hotel sin lujos al lado del Ganges
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del Ganges. Es un pequeño hotel en medio del bullicio de las calles aledañas al río. Nos dieron la habitación cuando llegamos, 2 antes del check-in y enmedio de una superfiesta de la ciudad.

Cons:

Para ser la cuidad poblada más antigua del mundo, estaba bien, aunque se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza.

Overall a very good choice to stay for few days!
Pros:

The location is a plus point of this Hotel. It is very close to Assi ghat and is centrally located to visit kedar ghat, harishchandra ghat and Vishwanathji temple. Dugra Kund is at a walkable distance. Staff is very good and polite, they help you with cab bookings, mandir darshan etc. The only point that one needs to bear in mind is food. Though you have some 2-3 outlets near by close to Assi ghat, but major eating outlets are in and around Dashashwamedh ghat. Overall a very good place to live for few days in Kashi

Cons:

Food options are not that many in and around.
