Pros:

While the hotel was fine and room was clean

Cons:

but it charged more than the booking amount and before our checkout they removed lot of things which were about 300-400 Rs

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Location was decent and room is very neat and clean.

They answered the call on time and helped in locating the hotel during night time.

Cons:

Hotel is located in a very deserted area and it doesn't look safe at night. There are no lights on the road also. As the other comments already say the room was dirty and there was insects and flies everywhere in the room (even a cockroach and honeybee). The AC remote didn't work and the AC was stuck at 16 so I had to turn it off. The bedding was very dirty and uncomfortable. Even if you consider it as a budget stay, it wasn't worth it. If you are a female solo traveller, don't go for this one.

Best Hotel in the Area, Hands Down
Pros:

Excellent staff and excellent stay. Really like the tall ceilings and spacious room. The shared dna of oberoi reflected in the hospitality. Room service was so prompt and helpful. Every staff member i interacted with was sincere and courteous. I would look forward to return here.
