Pros:

Overall all was satisfied , if this hotel included breakfast will be more convenient and great place. Luckly there is no pubs around or else nightmare to sleep with the base sound .
Your lift was really safety and quick .

Cons:

If your power sockets comes with type C power charger will be more excellent and convenient as well . TV programs are off and on but its doesn't matter to me on my stay .

Pros:

Good location, quite central in Medan. The bed was confortable.

Cons:

There was no windows in the bedroom, which made me very claustrophobic.

I found too many hair in the bed to feel confortable with it.

Poor sound isolation, you could hear people shouting and showering at 00:30 and again at 5 in the morning - on top of it, there was music playing at Reception all night. It is quite disrespectful for the people sleeping just on the first floor above Reception.

In the morning hot water was very scarce.
