Great value, clean, lovely accommodation and staf
Pros:

Fantastic service and accommodation. Nyoman and his lovely girls go above and beyond to make sure guests are looked after. They are very proud of their guesthouse and strive to have a great standard. Thanks for a great stay!

Pros:

Kubu. BEnoa guest house is very clean. We satisfied with the cleaning of there. It is located in good place. The personnel is kind and friendly. The provided us with everything whatever we needed. Even the boss could find floating tray for us. Thank you for this.

Cons:

Only breakfast was a bit poor. There was not a lot of selection of breakfast.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.

And Air con light is really distracting for sleep.

Lovely budget hotel with great staff
Pros:

The staff and manager norman were wonderful
Nothing was too much trouble . Was a lovely small hotel with a fantastic pool. Up a gangway away from the main rd was just a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Nusa Dua is a surprise! Kubu Genoa is a must stay!
Pros:

Quaint, safe, personal, small, staff 100% 100% of the time-couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool is excellent! Breakfast was limited but lovely, couldn’t ask for better.

Cons:

Leaving didn’t like leaving!
I would have liked a smart TV.

Pros:

L'habitació i el bany estan molt bé,la piscina va super bé per refrescar-se als nens els va encantar.Hi ha esmorzar d'indonesia i americà.

Cons:

Tot ok,per dir alguna cosa negativa és que amb el llit extra feia que l'habitació quedés una mica petita i que no era un llit,només un matalàs al terra.

Nice family owned guest house
Pros:

This is a local family owned guest house. The family is really friendly and helpful. We can check in much earlier. The location is quite good, but you have to walk 10 minutes to the restaurant or to the shop.

The breakfast would be more diversed.

Titolare molto gentile, ci ha consigliato un paio di spiagge da visitare nei dintorni, pulizia giornaliera delle camere, colazione buona

Cons:

Mancanza di prese, in particolare in bagno, odore di muffa nelle camere a piano terra, posizione molto decentrata rispetto al centro di Nusa Dua, per visitare le spiagge più belle serve un mezzo
