It is the only luxury hotel in the area. Has all the facilities as mentioned and they function well. The restaurants serve excellent food and good drink options. The Spa is quite nice and so is the pool. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Overall, good value for money. A special mention for all the staff, who are super polite and courteous.
We had an issue with our bathroom whereby, it has a stench. Even after complaining it couldn’t be fixed and I hoped they’d change my room, which didn’t happen.
They need to have better toiletries in the bathroom. The current ones are not acceptable at all

The hotel was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The food was good and the hotel is well situated in Duliajan.
Above all, the staff service was exceptional! We have stayed in larger hotels in bigger cities but the service and staff made the stay so enjoyable.
The reception staff were always smiling and efficient. My wife wore a local dress one day and one of the receptionists came out to assist her adjust her dress. The restaurant staff were always courteous too and ready to help. If something was not listed on the menu, they would try to see if they could make it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Duliajan.
Everything was good
Staff always eager to do more to make guests more comfortable. I haven't used the amenities but colleagues of mine told me they were nice. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel but breakfast offering was a bit limited.
Electrical power supply interruptions was a bit annoying but guess this is common in the area. Breakfast offering a bit limited. Also experienced water infiltration once due to very heavy rain.
Almost everything was Good.
A bit overpriced.

They should give some more good rates for long stay guest & transport cost should be down.

well maintain, staff is good and helpful. such a small city everything is there, you ask you get it, even some metro cities you won’t get such facilities
