Location was allright, quite and peaceful
We had a disappointing stay at the hotel. The staff seemed unprofessional and were not very cooperative. Additionally, the food options were quite limited.
Das Restaurant war wirklich super! Gute, lokale Gerichte. Schöner Balkon und schön eingerichtete Zimmer.
Nachts war es sehr kalt und es gab keine Heizung. Uns wurden dann allerdings Decken zur Verfügung gestellt.
Beautiful peaceful location. Fresh mountain air! A friendly staff who are helpful. They cook fresh food. Might not have everything on the menu because it is seasonal food. This is a fairly remote location for a pleasant peaceful getaway without much to do. Internet / WiFi and TV were all good.
Shower tank was small.
The views were incredible, the staff was really kind and helpful, the food was some of the best I’ve ever had!
Cash only if you’re from abroad, the bed sheets didn’t seem very clean, the shower didn’t really function as such- it worked for sponge bathing
It was a cozy, peaceful property surrounded by hills all around. The staff was polite and helpful. It was clean and well maintained. The food and options were decent given the small hill station.
The safety could be improved as the property is off the main area, completely open and there were no guards, etc. Might not be completely safe when travelling with family.
Excellent location with a great valley view away from the noise of the main roads. Polite and hospitable staff, very clean room, great food (love the breakfast spread). Would like to specially appreciate Pavan (manager) who was very helpful right from booking confirmation to helping us with every need during our stay and a smooth check out. Highly recommend!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a relaxing stay.
Dining was a highlight, thanks to Chef Chauhan’s expertly crafted dishes and Pradeep’s attentive service. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
For outstanding hospitality, great amenities, and excellent food, Vintage Hill Hotel is a top choice. Highly recommended!
Nothing but just a clarification, the property is at best a 3 star hotel and not a five star .
First of all, kudos to the staff. All the staff members were very polite, super helpful and understanding.
Secondly, the facilities were super clean and organized and the food was super delicious just like home made food.
The location of the resort is in a very peaceful area away from the hustle-bustle of the crowded hill stations with ample space for parking and great to visit with family or as a couple as well.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had an amazing stay with my wife and will surely recommend everyone to visit Kanatal and stay at this property for a calm and relaxed stay.
