Property is good n value for money
Location is not satisfied
Friendly staff, close but now in the middle of the Fort which makes it very calm to sleep and relax. The room was comfortable. There is a restaurant upstairs where we had breakfast and dinner almost everyday. Food was good and prices were very fair.
The boiler is small. Therefore, you only have a bit of hot water.
The property is clean and well maintained, and staff is on hand to provide support

The hotel has potential, but unfortunately our stay was affected by several issues. Access to the hotel is quite complicated due to the very poor condition of the road leading to it, which makes arrival uncomfortable.
The towels and bed linen should be much whiter and cleaner-looking. In addition, providing reusable slippers for guests is unacceptable and unhygienic — disposable slippers would be much more appropriate.
The room was very cold during our stay, and the air conditioner did not provide any heating, which made the situation worse. Although the staff tried to be helpful, communication was difficult because their English skills are quite limited.
Overall, while the staff made an effort, the hotel needs improvements in cleanliness, comfort, hygiene standards, and accessibility.
The ambience of the owner and staff was too good
It us a budget hotel, but very good so far as decor, cleanliness and , quality of furnitures and fittings maintenance of the room are concerned.
What we liked best was the coperation of the staff. We found it superb. Always ready to help and very courteous.
Just superb
The dinning area on rhe terrace could do with a little makeover, like good qualty tables and some appealing table covers. That would go a long way to boost the rating.
However, the canteen people customised the food to our requirement to make it less spicy and all that.
As I said , they were always ready to help.
For us it is a thumbs up.

Viajei pelo Rajastão com uma amiga e nossa estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente inesquecível. O quarto era lindo, cheio de detalhes, parecia que a gente tinha entrado direto em um filme do Aladdin — daqueles cenários encantados que dão vontade de ficar só admirando.
Além da beleza do lugar, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o dono do hotel. Extremamente gentil, atencioso e sempre disposto a ajudar, ele nos apoiou em tudo o que precisamos, desde dicas locais até pequenas ajudas do dia a dia. A sensação foi de estar em casa, e não apenas hospedadas em um hotel.
Foi uma experiência acolhedora, autêntica e cheia de carinho. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos para qualquer pessoa que queira viver o Rajastão de uma forma especial e memorável.

Super nice hotel. They were very flexible with my dates as allowed me to make very last min changes. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast and dinner. Good location. Very good value!
