Not my expectations
Pros:

Room is not much comfortable.in bath room bad oodar and no cleaning.even we complaint the receptionist not attended it.they charge higher but no service .

Cons:

Check out time very limited.whi framed like this we don't know.but it should be 24 hours.

Worst stay here. Would never go or never suggest anyone here.
Pros:

Positive side rooms were well cleaned and big enough for a couple with kid.
Nothing positive instead I have 100s of bad experience at this hotel.

Cons:

First of all the price doesn't justify the hotel and the ambience. The staff are not well communicating seems like they are talking because they have been asked for something else they are happy to stay away from any type of conversation from visitors/customers. The room doesn't have any ambience or ventilation. Without AC you will start chocking yourself due to non-ventilation.

Staffs needs to be more active and supportive plus rooms doesn't cost what they charged like INR 3937. In this price if you put INR 1000 more you will get 4 or 5 star hotels in Trivandrum with proper support and ventilation.

We vacated our room by early 7 AM while our stay was till 11 AM and requested the staff that we going out and have train by 3 PM so when we come could you please give room key for 5 mins for my wife to change the saree and put on some comfortable cloths of train? First they said yes but when we returned they sent her to the common hotel bathroom to change the cloths. This was very much awkward, they have many rooms available could have given 5 min for changing the cloth but no. So many behavioral issues with this hotel. Very unprofessional and irresponsible staffs ever seen in my life.

Feels like cheated by hotel and Booking.com after paying this much of amount.
I always trusted Booking.com even went to outstation and got very great deal and comfort but this time completely lost my trust like whether Booking.com check out the property before listing to their website or just add them?

A good choice of stay for people planning a pilgrimage in Thiruvananthapuram.
Pros:

This is an ideal location for a team planning to visit the world’s richest temple, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, as well as Pazhavangadi Ganapathy Temple and Attukal Bhagavathy Temple. The main gopuram entrance of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is just a 200–300-meter walk from the property.
The property also offers easy walkable access to Thiruvananthapuram Railway Station and the main bus terminal, providing convenient connectivity to all parts of the city. Staying here allows visitors to experience the serene early-morning and divine late-evening ambience of Lord Padmanabhan.

Cons:

The service response team at the property is very limited; therefore, fulfilling requests such as drinking water, an extra bed, or similar requirements tends to take considerable time. I had requested an invoice for my stay, but it was not provided at the time of checkout. I was informed that it would be shared via email; however, even after a month, I have not received it. Although my follow-up calls to the property were answered and assurances were given that the invoice would be shared, it has still not been provided.

For breakfast, it is advisable to dine at nearby small local hotels rather than restaurants close to the property, as they generally offer better taste, more reasonable pricing, and quicker service after placing the order.

Rooms were small and facility were less. Ordered a coffee in the mrng at 7am and they made me to call 5 times to get it to the room. Very poor attendance

Extremely Disappointing & Misleading Experience – Avoid Booking.com and Hotel Rajdhani

My first trip to Kerala turned into a nightmare because of Booking.com and Hotel Rajdhani. I had a confirmed booking, but just three hours before arrival, I got a message saying the room was not available. I didn’t notice it earlier since I was driving with my elderly parents and a small child.

When I called the hotel, they didn’t inform me of any issue. After nearly 1.5 hours, they finally called back and said they couldn’t provide any room. This last-minute cancellation left us stranded late at night, struggling to find another place to stay.

To make things worse, Booking.com customer care promised a resolution but never got back to me. It’s clear there is no accountability from either side. I strongly believe many of the positive reviews might be misleading or fake.

Please, please, please don’t book even a single stay through Booking.com or Hotel Rajdhani. You could face the same horrible experience, especially if you are traveling with family or children.
