It was a 5 start like hotel for 4 star ratings
Pros:

organized and high-quality materials and clothes were provided

Cons:

There were no slippers, and there was no coffee (I had to ask them every day for coffee in the morning). There was nowhere in the room whether the reception and house keeping phone numbers were written.

An average stay in a badly located but decent hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is modern and well planned, well fitted out.

Cons:

Bad location. Too far from the beaches and from the town area. The area around it is totally uninspiring.

Pros:

The front desk staff, especially the lady, was a gem.
They kindly gave us late check out, which we really needed.

Cons:

1. The dining area staff can be more friendly.
We were a group with 9 senior citizens. They refused to serve buffet items at the table when requested. It was only much later they became pro active.
2. Please keep the non- veg curries together in a designated area. The chicken curry was kept in the same split container as the parotta. So we could not eat it. Even though we as vegetarians paid the full amount.
3. Please increase the water bottles in the room.
4. No hot water for early morning showers.

It is an enjoyable hotel with a nice and helpful staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Magnet Hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and nice, also comfortable. It was worth the price. The restaurant is good too, the meals were tasty for us (first time visiters in India). The crew in reception are very helpful, they give us the right informations and travel destinations to check. All in all it was a very good experience, thank you for everything. :)
