Beautiful villa, great location and wonderful staff – especially Jay – with only a small issue with noise in the ceiling
Pros:

The location and the villa itself are great – very beautiful and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Jay in particular was amazing. During our trips he showed us many interesting places and explained a lot about the area, which we really appreciated. In hospitality and accommodation the experience is mostly created by the people, and Jay definitely deserves recognition for that.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little more varied and richer, but it was still good. The only real downside was that in our villa there was probably a mouse nest somewhere in the ceiling. In the evenings we could hear mice running and chewing inside the roof, which was a bit unpleasant when trying to sleep.

Wonderful place to stay with great staff!
Pros:

Great location, clean and fresh. Private pool was great and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, breakfast was the best we had in Kuta. Very helpful and informative staff that really made sure you felt like Home. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Lombok. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Everything. Jati Kuta is one of the most exceptional accommodation experiences my wife and I have ever had.

Not only is it a fantastic location (far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to all the action of Kuta), the room was genuinely beautiful.

But most importantly, the staff were incredible and have taken our experience from great to one will remember for the rest of our life. To Alfie, Adde (SBS), Yemen and of course our number 1 driver Jae and all the staff at Jati, thank you. You have made us feel so welcome and have truly gone above and beyond for us.

Cons:

That we didn't stay longer.

Minns fortfarande den härliga frukosten - klart bäst av alla under våra veckor här i landet.
Pros:

Fint litet hus med uteplats och egen pool. Nära huvudgatan men lugnt och tyst. Fantastisk frukost som serverades på uteplatsen. Boendet har inga gemensamma utrymmen.
Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Fanns endast ett bord för en resväska. Ingenstans att hänga kläder.

Great Stay in the middle of Kuta

Genoten van een te kort verblijf
Pros:

Mooie huisjes, prima locatie, vlakbij de hoofdstraat en wel nog 20-30 min lopen om naar het strand voor toeristen te komen, maar ze verhuren alles, fietsen en scooters. Adi was top en heeft ons goed geholpen. Het ontbijt was prima, we hebben er helaas maar 3 nachten ipv 7 geslapen ivm ziekte. Maar de accommodatie is zeker aan te raden

Er waren wel echt heel veel muggen, komt door het zwembad.

A serene tropical garden home- away -from- home retreat

Exceptional hospitality from the always jovial staff mainly Ardi and Jae; they have been most helpful with all kinds of information and helped us with booking a car to take us to the places we wanted to go in Kuta especially when it rained. Even before coming to stay in Jati, the Jati team had been very responsive online to promptly answer queries-this was why I was most confident that I booked the right hotel for my visit-the Jati Team and the hotel didn’t dissapoint. Jati is well located-a hidden gem surrounded by a serene tropical garden ( each villa has its own curated tropical garden), a short walk away from the main road yet tucked away from the traffic and crowd. Very convenient location to reach good cafes, restaurants, spas, convenient stores, pharmacies, shops, etc. Walking is safe even at night from
Kuta town to Jati

Hotel service is top notch. The Jati team organised our airport pick up and drop off for a very good rate and even helped us with arranging table reservations at local kuta restaurants. Nothing was too difficult for the Jati Team, we just had to inquire and help always came promptly from the Jati Team. Communications with the Jati Team was swift and always open through WA-very convenient and assuring indeed

Everything was good, cleanliness, the amenities in the little villa( coffee/tea facilities, even insect repellant was available!) made us feel like we had our own little house in a well maintained garden with our own private swimming pool-what a
bonus!! Privacy was well maintained.This hotel also maintains good green practices.

Breakfast choices were very good,especially the avacado toast, the granola bowl and the bread basket and accompanied with fresh cut fruits in season. Loved the coconut water and the papaya and lime juice!!

Thank you, Jati team for an awesome tome in Kuta and a lovely, serene, restful time in Hotel Jati!!

Cons:

While the lay out of the interior and exterior of villa is nice, I think the lighting inside the villa could be improved a bit.
While the the open concept for the toilet is good it may not be so convenient when it rains heavily( and yes, it does pour especially hard in december, sometimes it rains throughout the day!) rain water would drench the toilet, the shower area so that toilet paper, towels, floor mats must be moved away from the rain.

Oasis on heart of Kuta, Lombok.
Pros:

Exceptional villas in central Kuta, yet still tranquil. The 2 bedroom was spacious with private pool. Staff were amazing and took great care of us. Nice choice of healthy breakfast. Have travelled all over the world and this place ranks among the best.

Beautiful garden sanctury, excellent staff and fantastic location. We upgraded to the two bedroom as it hada living area and kitchen with more space the one bedrooms have no living area , although they do have an outdoor table and 2 chairs.

Cons:

Everything was excellent but the bed was a little hard.

Schöne Anlage, sehr ruhig und klein

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so groß wie angegeben die Villa eher halb so groß wie ausgeschrieben. Das Frühstück war immer dasselbe. Es war zwar sehr fein, aber man konnte nur das aussuchen.

Great value for money, unusual but fantastic back to nature outdoors bathroom, and the staff were awesome.
Pros:

The individual villa was very nice. A plunge pool was refreshing, the bed was comfortable, the staff were great and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The only thing that was slightly lacking was any storage space/wardrobe, but it would have been very difficult to fit one in. It’s possibly more of a short stay property, rather than longer term.
