Haunted House.. Haunted house

Haunted House..There is nothing to love anything about this place..let's start from outside the hotel.. just in front of main gate of the hotel, people are making shit..no hotel management is there to control.. hotel management sorry to quote.. now let's start from inside the hotel.. when you enter you will just feel we are entering into a haunted house.. no attendant is there.. just have to call in loud volume.. just like in horror movies..than suddenly one person will appear..
Now let's get to the point..

1) Feeling like Haunted house.
2) Most unhygienic
3) zero service..not a single attendant to help you out.
4) Arrogant behaviour of staff..
5) No lift.. you have to carry your own luggage..
6) Even charging for mineral water.
7) Even after booking.in booking.com and preferred for AC.. additional charges of Rs. 500/- per day and total Rs.1000/- for 2 days
8) Why don't Booking.com remove such type of hotels from their websites..

Cons:

- No Food availablity, (renovation process was going on) but in advertisement food was included.

- No lift facility.

- No secured privacy, Room is surrounded by corridors(pathway) by three sides from which anyone can slide open the windows from outside including the bathroom.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Hot water in the bath

Cons:

The hotel staff wasn't aware that we are arriving and so they were not expecting us. The second room didn't have bed sheets. Very inefficient staff. No WIFI available though on the website it says free WIFI available. I called the previous day to conform for free WIFI and they guaranteed over phone for free WIFI. I had to pay extra money for data to access to my emails and messages.
