Location, helpful manager and generous breakfast
The very low shower pressure was challenging however, we did inform the staff. It may just be a general water issue in Kas.

Staff are lovely and super helpful. Location is great, walking distance to everything include Little Pebble Beach, which is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and amenities are provided as described in the booking. The view from the terrace for breakfast is amazing!
The wifi didn't work in the rooms.
The location is very good with a nice view over the bay. It was nice to have a balcony to sit on. Breakfast was very good, and is served on the rooftop terrace with an awesome view. The centre of town is within easy walking distance as well as big pebble beach and small pebble beach. The bed and pilows were very comfortable. The room was also very clean although a bit small. It also has a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. It was convenient to have a parking bay right in front of the hotel. It was nice and quiet with no noise. If you are on a limited budget, this hotel is good value for money.
Be aware that there is no lift, so you will have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs if you are on the high floors.....but that's the price for a good view. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Staff was very friendly and extremely approachable. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. There were many areas you can sit and enjoy the view and rest away from crowd. Very easy access to everywhere.
The rooftop had a fabulous view of the sea, sunset and the town.
This property was more expensive than my accommodation in the five other holiday destinations I stayed at in Turkey, so I was expecting a good standard but it turned out to be basic accommodation, No cups or glasses were provided in the room.
Our room was up three flights of stairs without a lift and the breakfast was on the rooftop a further two stories up.
The manager insisted on payment in cash, EUROS and as visitors to Turkey pay at least a 6.99% fee when withdrawing money from a money machine it puts the room rate up further. All five other hotels I stayed at in Turkey accepted a credit card without even asking for cash.
