Pros:

Lovely staff, great restaurant and very comfortable hotel. Very convenient location. Our daughter forgot her teddy and the receptionist very kindly mailed it to us in France.

Cons:

The only reason I did not give a higher score for comfort and value for money is that a critical aspect of comfort has been neglected. Despite the very spacious room, good facilities, and large window, the air flow and ventilation were completely ignored. The window could only be opened a tiny amount due to the lock, and the heavy curtain combined with the externally regulated heating created an unnecessary and uncomfortable temperature.

It is disappointing that such a good, clean, spacious room could not achieve its full potential. With a little more attention from management—rather than relying solely on cleaning staff—this issue could easily be resolved. Reasonable daily adjustments based on weather conditions, along with clear guidance for guests on how to manage room temperature and ventilation, would significantly improve comfort.

Für späte Ankünfte am Flughafen optimal.
Pros:

Das Zimmer für unsere Kinder war groß und in einem klassischen Stil eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war ähnlich eingerichtet, aber auch sehr schön. Freundliches Personal. Der Rezeptionist hat uns trotz Sperrstunde noch 2 Drinks organisiert. Für die Übernachtung bei später Ankunft des Fluges war es für uns optimal.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst.
