Great location, 24hr reception was helpful as we weren't able to check in until 2am due to flight delays. The room was nice and big and the vending machines were handy.
Lovely hotel in a lovely area. Very comfortable room and nice meal in hotel bar.
Ideal location for an early flight. Gates are locked on the property at night so the carpark is very secure.

What We Liked
* The staff throughout our stay were friendly, polite, and welcoming.
* The hotel is located on a beautiful property in a great location.
* We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening. The chowder was excellent, and the wings were very good.
* Our waitress was very kind and courteous.
* A helpful tip for future guests: if you’re looking for the hair dryer, it’s screwed down inside one of the bedroom drawers. It took us a while to find it, so hopefully this saves someone else the search.
What We Didn’t Like
We stayed in the Executive Double Suite, and unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and in need of a major renovation. After checking into our room, I understood why we were able to get such a good deal through Booking.com.
The mattress definitely needs to be replaced because it was very uncomfortable. The furniture was old, the chair cushions were lumpy, the upholstery on the sides was frayed, and the carpet throughout the room was heavily stained. I am unable to upload all the photos that I would like for interested renters to see, but I’m only allowed to upload four photos. But trust that the carpet throughout the entire hotel room has stains everywhere.
The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. The ceramic tile on the front of the bathtub was busted, there was mold around the outer edges of the tub, around the base of the toilet, and in the grout between the floor tiles. The showerheads were also quite dirty, so we chose not to shower during our stay. We cleaned the inside of the tub ourselves and only used it for bathing.
The toilet also flushed very poorly. I highly do not recommend putting much toilet paper in it because it struggled to flush properly and seemed like it could clog very easily.
I would also strongly recommend installing grab bars around the bathtub. Getting in and out of the tub was difficult, and there was nothing to hold onto, which could be a safety concern for many guests.
One thing I found unprofessional was seeing the manager sitting in the lobby eating dinner while guests were coming and going.
Although the chowder and wings were delicious, my steak was very tough. I chose not to send it back, but my husband did return his meal because it had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon. You could smell the cinnamon as soon as the plate was set on the table. While our waitress was very friendly, she wasn’t very familiar with the menu and couldn’t answer several of our questions.
Booked last minute room was nice only downfall was we had to pay a secure deposit off 200 when arrived and a extra 30 euro for breakfast which wasnt really worth it after spending over 200 on the room
Love the hotel, I've used it a number of times. Great location for visiting family.
The young lady on the desk was nice, but had more interest in her phone, and forgot to set my key card, which meant me walking back to the desk. She wasn't too bothered at having me walk back to the desk . Also when I went to use the kettle it didn't work. And please Kettles, use a decent coffee instead of the cheap nescafe , I mentioned this to the staff last time I was here and was told they use the cheapest. Also the cost of staying one night they could get a decent coffee.

Rooms were amazing! Very large and spacious! Restaurant on property was fantastic.
It was a little noisy during the night. I could hear people talking in the hallway. Maybe some quiet hours signs for reminders.
Room a great size and lovely comfortable bed. Bar great and food was fabulous.
A lot of noise late night/early morning with a group of young people constantly slamming doors and going in and out of each others rooms. In the end we got up at 4.30am and left for the airport earlier than necessary.
Stayed for a concert in malahide. Concert express bus collected us from the hotel and transported us to and from the concert which was very handy.
