Property was on amazing Location. It was neither in center nor too remote. Most of attractions were very close-by e.g. Sky-park, Peeku park, Pagoda point were at stone throw distance. Hospitality, Service, was very nice. They have Power backup and geysers for hot water. Breakfast was amazing. Its typical South Indian breakfast, but quality was exceptional. One of the best soft idly's I had after very long time. Entire Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sairam and his team are very nice. The 2 ladies who takes care the kitchen related stuffs are very nice people.

2. The food not served correct time. We expected around 8 pm. They served on 9.40pm. After so many times asked ther guys.
3. Water heater not worked. We bathing under freezing condition with chilled water only. Its too irritating.
4. TV is size 21 inches. So funny. Its look like Klainger Free tv. 🤭😂🤣

Food is amazing and highlight of the property. Simple and homely tamil style food. Staff are very nice people. Location is also good.
We faced problem with water. First day water was smelling bad and brown in colour. They then refilled the tank and then it was okay. No hand wash in dining area and bathroom. Should improve their maintenance for the price they are charging.
