The cleanliness is not upro the mark, house keeping is pathetic.
The most bad staff I have come across. No smooth check in. The room wasn't clean. No good facilities. The washrooms weren't clean had small insects. Unnecessary disturbance at the night by knocking at the wrong door. A very bad stay experience.
