The perfect oasis in the middle of White Town
Pros:

La Villa is a lovely boutique hotel. Right in the centre of White Town Puducherry , it’s like a true home from home . Staff were fabulous, breakfast in the courtyard was heavenly (remember to say good morning to the namaste sculptures on the way down!) and our ‘Bridge to Heaven ‘ room on the top floor was truly spectacular.
La Villa is also part of a small family of cool hotels / restaurants. In the end we ate at one of the restaurants on each of our three nights - we particularly loved the food at Villa Shanti.

While I loved the place and enjoyed my time there, I felt it was very overpriced.
Pros:

It was personal and small. It felt exactly as the name suggests, like a lovely old Villa. The staff were very helpful, warm and professional. The feel I got was exactly what I was looking for.

Cons:

I didn’t think it was value for money. For the prices they charge, there should be a 24 hr parking facilities provided by them. As well as 24 hr food and room service or atleast food through the day. They serve food only during meal times and the kitchen closes at 10pm.

The staff was very attentive and made us feel special.
Pros:

Location and staff was excellent. I also loved that the room was very large and had separate spaces. My daughter could watch television without disturbing me.

Cons:

The pool was on a separate floor.

Beautiful restored house turned hotel with a nice pool and great breakfast-service
Pros:

Great location near the beach and old French quarters, comfortable room and rain shower. Decent breakfast after they moved us to a sister restaurant that offered more vegetarian friendly options. Wi-Fi was good, staff was very helpful in planning things to do for us. The lounge was cozy to hangout. The rooftop pool is really nice..

Cons:

At the rooftop, there was a guest on the top floor smoking and kind of oogling at us swimming so we just left after a little while. Wish there was some courtesy rules around sharing the common space

Es un hotel boutique lleno de encanto. Una antigua villa restaurada que ahora es un hotel. La localización no puede ser mejor. En el centro de la zona francesa pero a la vez muy silencioso y tranquilo. Limpio y cuidado. El personal muy amable. Habitación muy amplia y muy cómodo. Limpia. Me ha encantado este hotel.
