Room net and clean staff behaviour good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Bad location...on a narrow street.
Good staff, well behaved & very welcoming management.
Staff behaviour was too casual, they were not supportive. Even lagu age also we have to carry till 4th floor. Faced issue in parking also, they have mentioned in the facility that they have parking. They were asking for money all the time.

The location is good, one street back from the main road. Where you can buy all your daily needs and a short walk down the hill to more restaurants & shopping or venture up hill to the vibey upper tapovan
It’s my first time to India so I didn’t know what to expect. Whilst the staff are really lovely and made me feel welcome the overall cleanliness & appearance of the hotel needs a good scrub
Staff was good and tries to do their best..
But they don't have in house facilities like kitchen. They don't even have cutlery if you order food from outside. No kettle or any Amenities in the room.
