Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only possible 2 hours after sunset. Please insert An additional fee applies to departures after check-out hours. All requests for late check-out are subject to the approval of the accommodations Please note, the wellness center comes at an extra charge of USD 8 per person per day. Children aged 16 and under are not allowed in the spa. During Passover celebrations 5-13/4/2023, the hotel will be in a strictly Glatt kosher food and atmosphere under the supervision of Rabbi Bornstein. Unleavened matzah, modest clothing, men/women separation in the pools and spa.

חדר נחמד ודי מרווח
ארוחת בוקר טובה (היה חסר ביצה מקושקשת וקשה, מי שרצה חביתה היה רק עמדה אחת ותור) ברשת מקבילה במלונות ים המלח המגוון היה גדול יותר

לגבי החדר הצמוד לנו היה ממש רועש ולא היה קל להירדם למרות

ארוחת ערב בינונית סלמון יבש ומגוון הבשרים היה דל (חזה עוף שגם היה קצת יבש משהו בין קציצה לקבב ושנצלונים מהמקפיא שתחושה שחיממו במיקרו/תנור). לצורך השוואה במלונות מקבילים (מרשת לאונרדו לדוגמא היה גם סטייקים ועוד מגוון בשרים על האש בערב)

Отель которому нужно пересмотреть свою политику.
Pros:

Отель прекрасно расположен, не плохой ужин и завтрак, приятный персонал, наличие внутреннего бассейна с водой из мертвого моря.

Cons:

Низкая шумоизоляция номеров, продавленный матрас, бассейн с морской водой закрывается в 17:00 это очень рано, отсутствует какая либо вечерняя культурная программа. Были еще недостатки типа грязных стекол в номере который называется "панорама" 🥴 но вышесказаное для меня самое важное

Как всегда всё было шикарно
Pros:

Приятный персонал, вкусная еда ( обширный выбор) , бассейн с подогревом ( спа супер ), просторные номера, шикарный вид на море,
Разрешено было остаться в номере до 14:00 без доплаты, получили ужин бесплатно, комната была на уровень выше чем было при заказе
Очень понравилось правда хорошая гостиница, мы здесь не первый раз.
