שנאתי להגיע לאילת בגלל המלון הזה. במקום ליהנות מהחופשה שלי, קיבלתי יחס לא נעים ומזלזל מחלק מאנשי הצוות. חלק מהעובדים היו עם פרצופים חמוצים ולא גרמו לי להרגיש רצויה. טיילתי עם תינוק קטן וציפיתי לקצת התחשבות ועזרה, אבל לא קיבלתי אותה. המלון משעמם וחסר אווירה. לצערי, המלון הזה הרס לי חלק גדול מהחוויה שלי באילת. לא אחזור אליו ולא אמליץ עליו לאחרים
