Nothing. From the get go, there was nothing to like about this property.
The casual approach to checking in, laid back attitude in assigning of the rooms, and then the poorly maintained unhygienic rooms themselves were cherry on top.

The worst part was that rooms were not well kept and are a big NO for anyone who cares about them and their loved ones.
BEG BUGS!!! Bed Bug EGGS!!! Dirty surfaces.
When I complained about the bed bugs, I was given a different room on a separate floor. That room smelled of cigarette smoke that was not bothering the staff there, which says a lot.
Then I was moved to a different room where the surfaces were not clean, not even dusted.
How can such a property be on booking.com and have a rating of 7!! It is shocking!!
I checked out the day I checked in even though my stay was for 3 nights. The management never responded to the issues I had even though booking.com reached out to them multiple times. But the management sent me an invoice without mentioning once about what I went through. STAY AWAY!
Hotel location is very good. Rooms have good size and beds were very comfortable. Room lights are very relaxing. 42 Inch TV gives a good experience while getting bored.
Staff is supprtive and prompt in there services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was absolutely delightful. The rooms are very neat and cleaned to perfection, making the stay feel fresh and welcoming. The washrooms' fixtures are very good, adding a touch of modern elegance to the space, which was much appreciated
