Pros:

The only downside to the shower room is that it only has a half-partition, so water tends to spill onto the floor. Other than that, it was good luck. They even gave me a Bodhi tree necklace, and the hotel bellboy was very attentive and helpful. The best thing about the hotel is that it's close to Varanasi Junction Station.

Struttura di buon livello situata in zona silenziosa ( cosa di non poco conto a Varanasi 😉 !!) con camere spaziose e bagno moderno con cabina doccia . Buono anche il ristorante che offre la cena e la prima colazione a buffet. Sistemazione ideale per clientela europea con un buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo

The hotel is very nice for the area. Food was excellent.

The area around the hotel is not walkable and there are lots of mosquitoes, so be sure to bring insect repellent.

The hotel staff were very helpful with anything we asked and we were very thankful they allowed an early check in. Cons for our stay was that the area around the hotel was fairly restricted and dirty, not walkable to shops or other amenities. The hotel itself is a little dated, dusty and the mosquitos were horrendous but I think that is mostly due the area itself. The food was good, though menu limited. Overall ok experience

Pros:

Everything was excellent. They welcomes us with a typical neckless, which war really nice. Varanasi is a very busy city, but when we came into the hotel, we could relax. The only thing which was not so nice is that there was no window in the room.

Excellent property . Complete value for money. Food was excellent, rooms were clean. Can’t expect more during a major event like Maha Kumb Mela happening in Pryagraj which is just 2 -2-1/2 hours by road from this place. We stayed for two nights and we loved this place.

Absolutely excellent experience here. We arrived 2 hours late, at 0330, and they were welcoming, and even upgraded us to a suite for the limited time we were there (we checked out that morning!). Breakfast was lovely, staff were excellent, and location is very handy for the station, and autos are easy to come by to get down to the Ganges. Highly rate this hotel! Extremely comfortable beds and extremely clean. Love it. Thank you Arcadia staff.
