The staff are friendly and look to resolve all issues as soon as possible, hotel is placed close enough to the city for quick travel

Cons:

I wish there was some sort of options for food, but they did tell us before hand that there was no service for any type of food at the hotel

i had booked though booking.com. they had called for confirmation. i had confirmed of my arrival. after reaching they denied the booking and didn't allow my family to check-in. almost ruined the trip for my family. we had to spend hours to find a better stay. Staff was rude during the whole process of communication.
