The room was in a pathetic condition, and the staff was extremely unprofessional. There was no cutlery available in the hotel. When we asked about it, the staff responded that previous guests had broken the glasses, so they no longer keep any and suggested we order them from Blinkit or Swiggy. There were no towels provided, and the ones available were not properly cleaned. The room itself was dirty, and the washroom was in a terrible state. There was no liquid soap, the door latch was broken, and overall hygiene was poor. The staff was rude and uncooperative. I will never visit this property again.
