Very poor experience due to unclean rooms and lack of basic maintenance.

I like to stay there for the easy access to the main road.

Cons:

The photos shown online were completely misleading — they looked like graphics or taken before the hotel even started operating. When I entered the room, I was totally depressed by the condition. The AC, fan, geyser, TV, and chair were all there, but everything was dirty. There was a bad smell in the room, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night because it was very uncomfortable.

I asked the receptionist to change my room, but they said all rooms were full. When I questioned why even the floor wasn’t cleaned, they simply said they would do it tomorrow. This was the worst experience of my life. Even if the stay were offered for free, I would never stay there again. They don’t understand how to maintain a hotel.

The only positive thing was that the staff were polite and had a good nature while talking.

Considering the severe inconvenience and the misleading information provided, I am requesting a full refund along with financial compensation beyond the original amount.
