The hotel is Lil far from city centre... No in house food facility but you can order food from nearby food joints via Swiggy...room was clean spacious ...all the staffs were good and helping...they can make it a good resort by Lil renovation and a in house restaurant

100% not recommended for family.
Pros:

Worst service, they charge for everything, for swimming pool extra cost, they charged for complimentary breakfast, but they denied to provide food.

Pros:

Rooms and bathrooms were spacious.

Cons:

The plaster of a part of the wall in my room had come out. Why they cannot fix this small issue? Guests do not like ill plastered and dirty walls. They should offer a discount for guests who have to put up with this.

Cons:

When I went to the Alps residency, they told that my booking was cancelled by them selves only. Receptionist mentioned tht room is sold for someone else ,and they didn't even informed me prior only that booking has been cancelled.
It was totally a disappointment that we travelled so long to madurai.
