Not hygenic inside room.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Toilet not working good. Bed and bedsheets are not well cleaned. In bathrooms no water flow properly. EWC not flushing and flush tank not working properly. Door locks are not good and not safe.

Cons:

Toilet was not clean. The commode seat was broken. Water leaking from wash bashine.
Staffs were so arrogant and not explained properly and my guests were not allowed to the room.
Arguing our hotel policy is not allowing to meet inside the room. But no such policy was found in any of the hotels in India, as I travelled lot of places. It was shocking and ridiculous and hearing first time.

They argued and spoiled my stay and so I left the Redon with three hours of stay and stayed in another hotel by spending extra money.
This is a serious matter and is to be addressed.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The view was beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were also very well-mannered, friendly, and welcoming, with a genuinely good attitude. Their hospitality and positive service made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

Please make it the tea stall 24 hours. The tea was simply too delicious… I kept coming back for more! 😅😂☕ Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Very bad. AC has no cooling. Poorly maintained

AC has no cooling. Not working. Double bed size very small. Even one person cant occupy. Hot water is also an issue. Not valie for money.
