Clean up. Taking good pictures and posting in the net is a gimmick

There was a man at the gate who was the self appointed check in counter. He stopped us and wanted to know the purpose of our visit. He then spoke to someone on the phone and asked if we had a reservation. I had to tell him I da made a part payment. We went to see the room. Cigarette butts lying on the floor. Pan stained wall. Bathroom stank like a public urinal and bedsheets stained. They started cleaning with acid in my presence. But it was too bad to stay.

The Perfect Stay
Pros:

Room size is very small hotel had taken 300 for providing same deluxe room on 2nd floor. he said it is super deluxe but i could not find any difference in room size and other things.

Pros:

Nothing at all. I Was denied check in. The reception desk was unhelpful and very hostile. Though, to their credit, I was allowed to use their washroom, which was clean enough.

Cons:

Was denied check in due to an alleged goof up by Booking.com . It was actually a ploy to extract more money out of desperate people, who went there for an exam, which was scheduled near the hotel location.
