Serene place to stay with family, amazing veg food throughout.
Pros:

The location of the property is bang on. It was very peaceful inspite of downpour throughout the whole stay. The food is too good. We tired Italian, Indian and South Indian with salads too. Loved the staff as they were very helpfull

Cons:

Usually the hotels will charge the food to the hotel room you are staying in and the bill will be settled by checkout but here we had to pay everytime we had the food which is not the unified approach what other follow. The Wi-Fi signal was not upto the mark which can be improved.

An excellent place for unwinding.
Pros:

Food is excellent. Rooms are ok. Lake view ones offers a lovely view.

Pros:

The view is worth a million bucks and you should ideally looking to go during the monsoons.
The staff there are very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The washroom did not have basic amenities like a handwash, tissue paper rolls.
In the 2 days we stayed, the room was not cleaned even once, sheets were not changed.
The AC unit in the 12k variant was very noisy.
The price point of the food items were quite high. 170 bucks for a a tea pot and 250 for one basic cold coffee.

Amazing location. No challenge absolutely for this fantasy location.
Very delicious vegetarian food.

Cons:

The rooms could have been bigger.
Had to rely on AC the whole night as there was no ceiling fan. Due to the continuous AC noise, sleep was disturbed.

The hotel didn't have proper room service.
They also didn't have heated pools, photos didn't match the real experience. It's a pure veg establishment that wasn't explicitly mentioned. I think it was expensive for the service it gave.

Property only good for old people
Pros:

The staff was very good. Ambience was good. The food quality was very good.

Cons:

The problem with the resort is that they close everything including food and cab pick up drop by 9:30. We told them that it is a birthday celebration but the staff did not even consider an exception. They only serve veg food so options were very limited. The jacuzzi was not working properly and didnt feel like worth the money they charge. I paid 27k for the royal suite and the things provided were either working poorly or not working at all. For eg the TV was not giving any channel until evening even after multiple reminders. This property specifically is only good for old people or family who prefers to sleep by 9:30 at night with veg preference. For others, I would not recomend this property.
