Had to rely on AC the whole night as there was no ceiling fan. Due to the continuous AC noise, sleep was disturbed.

The location and the food (although it's pricey)
The hotel didn't have proper room service.
They also didn't have heated pools, photos didn't match the real experience. It's a pure veg establishment that wasn't explicitly mentioned. I think it was expensive for the service it gave.
The staff was very good. Ambience was good. The food quality was very good.
The problem with the resort is that they close everything including food and cab pick up drop by 9:30. We told them that it is a birthday celebration but the staff did not even consider an exception. They only serve veg food so options were very limited. The jacuzzi was not working properly and didnt feel like worth the money they charge. I paid 27k for the royal suite and the things provided were either working poorly or not working at all. For eg the TV was not giving any channel until evening even after multiple reminders. This property specifically is only good for old people or family who prefers to sleep by 9:30 at night with veg preference. For others, I would not recomend this property.

No toilet near the pool.

2. Room is good but not outstanding. For a so a called 3 star property, the facilities are too old and run down
