I didn't like it.
Pros:

The most awkward thing was to sail through the small approach road which is almost always blocked by lots of two-wheelers parked on both sides of the road. It was a tiresome job to cross that 250-300 mtrs patch of road , specially a tough job to drive a four wheeler on that patch of road.

Cons:

There was actually nothing special about this property. It is basically not a hotel. So there were no amenities/service like a hotel. It is just an overnight shelter with a room, a bed and a tiny washroom. Nothing else. But it was neat and clean.
