Comfortable room, very kind in waiting for us to arrive very early in the morning after our flight was delayed. Hotel is on a quiet street which we really appreciated to get a good night sleep as there was no honking outside

Very comfortable- staff is excellent.
Pros:

Staff are good, caring and decent people. Bed very comfortable. Everything worked. Hot water. Great for female solo travellers. Close to Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda ashram. Go for Datta or Hanuman Darshan.

Once I had to cancel due to the cyclone forecast and they did it for free though it was not free to begin with.
