Pros:

Nothing. Firstly the location and the name of the hotel is incorrect mentioned on app. Due to which I had to face a lot of challenge to identify and reach to the hotel. Secondly the room kitchen services was too poor, I ordered a tea at 8:00 am in the morning , which I got at 9:45 am after numerous reminders. Same requested for a towel at 8 in morning, which was handed over to me at 9 am. They we're not at all bothered about customer service.

We booked a triple bed room for 3 people ..but they gave us a double bed ( size of the bed was very small).. and when we aaked for 3 bed room they said we have only double bed rooms..i don't understand then why have they mentioned to book a triple bed room on the booking app?...
When we asked for extra bed/ mattress they told they will charge extra 500..
The staff was rude, misbehaved with us
No working TV, no working A.C lots of mosqitoes in room

Cons:

One of the most poor hotel and worst customer support team , I told them but no action taken by them and just doing timepass over call.

I will go to social media , this hotel person and management was hell , wasted my whole day , first wrong location on app ,then asked extra amount , later asked to wait 3-4 hours outside the hotel after reaching at 1# PM . Really pathetic

Needs to come to single hotel name first, then improve on other things.

Unclean bedsheets, poor kitchen service, telephone not working, not worth money. 2 names for same hotel. Doors of 4 rooms are nearby, causing frequent disturbance.

Worst place to stay and a scam by Booking.com
Pros:

Nothing. Not sure how Booking.com has listed such a property. Seems like this is an organized scam to dupe people by paid reviews and false information.

Cons:

It is a very shady place. Not safe for families. The staff is rude and indecent. They lack basic manners. The front desk guy was drunk and chewing gutka. He was hostile and lacked civic sense.

Cons:

Hotel was booked for marriage and no room was available, still allowed to book my room online. After reaching the hotel, hotel staff told me to shift me in another hotel which I refused. Then they provided me a room which was not clean and as per shown in the pictures.
