Room size was a bit small...rest all good...

Nothing bad to say about the property, only thing is the tv didn’t work
Everything was good except :
during my two nights the hotel tenants spoke very loudly and in the morning we could hear them moving the chairs and acting as if it was only them in the hotel. the relationship with respect and politeness can be quite rare in India so I barely slept. What can the hotel do about this? we must hope that one day mentalities change for some!
Very clean and close to all proximity
To avoid all the chaos this was the best option
Both stay and food was below average. I had a severe stomach upset after eating the breakfast and had a tough time travelling. The room had no windows and had a claustrophobic feeling through out my stay. i tried changing the hotel, but booking.com did not have the refund policy.
Staff behaviour and somewhat cleanliness
Hotel is on the main road and night manager is very good
Water in the washroom stopped on the 1st morning.
Phone was not working for one room
They took more than 45 min for the tea.
On the last day they supplied tea of rotten milk that was when it was priced 40/50 per cup
Really clean and comfortable. Quiet air con and a quiet room away from the streets. Good lighting, TV, sockets etc. Comfortable bed with clean bedding. Check in was easy and everyone was helpful.
No kettle or toilet role.
Good value for money. Comfortable stay with relatively closer proximity to attractions. Temple is 2.5kms away.

If you need personalised service then come here. Hotel Managers and staff were extremely helpful so much so that they accommodated and arranged all special requests for our travelling in and around Benaras and arranged special pujas at reasonable prices. Their active involvement helped to reduce a lot of concern of travelling in a big family with 4 senior citizens with reduced mobility as everything was finally done smoothly. Accommodation wise, we were put on a same floor as per the special request, having lift was additional help, rooms were enough comfy. Special thanks to Ketan and Balendu from all of our family. If you are reading this, do note, all of our family still mention your help and kindness to make our travel so easy. Hopefully when we come back, we know where to come.
