The infrastructure was good

Cons:

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The reception staff were quite unprofessional and unresponsive—we had to call them for even the most basic services, including clearing cutlery after meals. Additionally, we were asked to pay extra charges that were significantly higher than the amount shown on Booking.com, which felt very misleading. Overall, the service and experience did not reflect the price we paid, and it certainly was not worth the money.

Pros:

Excellent facilities, exceptional staff service, and good maintenance and hygienic toiletries. Had a pleasant and wonderful stay there. The front office staff were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even arranged a cab for my trip by bargaining with the driver, and reducing the charge, which I would have hesitated to do. Thank you Mr.Girish, Front Office, for your excellent service.

Overall a very good and peaceful experience. If given a chance, I would love to go there again.
