Muy recomendable
Pros:

alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy conveniente de la isla, con fácil acceso a varios restaurantes y actividades, además de estar cerca de la entrada y del puente de acceso. A pesar de su buena ubicación, no es tan ruidoso como otras zonas de la isla, por lo que también es posible descansar y disfrutar de tranquilidad.

Hubo un poco de ruido dentro del alojamiento debido a algunos huéspedes de las habitaciones vecinas que hablaban en voz alta y nos despertaron durante la madrugada, pero nada que afectara significativamente la excelente experiencia en el lugar. El desayuno era maravilloso, el ambiente muy agradable y las chicas que atienden fueron excelentes. ¡Muy recomendable!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, super leckeres Frühstück. Bis auf den Kritikpunkt war alles toll und ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir haben schnell nach der Buchung festgestellt, dass die Anreise nicht wie geplant funktioniert und wir einen Tag später ankommen. Wir haben das Hotel zwei Stunden nach der Buchung per Booking kontaktiert und Bescheid gegeben. Wir haben gehofft die Nächte zu verschieben und eine Lösung zu finden, bei der wir nicht einfach eine volle Nacht draufzahlen müssen. Statt einer konkreten Antwort waren wir zwei Tage in Kontakt, dafür, dass uns nicht entgegengekommen wurde. Das hat uns überrascht, da das sicher möglich gewesen wäre, für die dann dritte, nicht übers Portal nachgebuchte Nacht einen Rabatt zu geben oder Ähnliches.

Ottima base per Flores
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per Flores, abbiamo trascorso una notte in una camera di albergo e una notte nell' appartamento a pochi passi dalla struttura.entrambe le sistemazioni erano adeguate.La colazione era ottima fatta in albergo e Ci hanno preparato un'ottima colazione take away alle 4 di mattina ( avevamo l'escursione a Tikal) che è stata molto apprezzata.aria condizionata perfetta letti comodi e pulizia eccellente.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente sulla prima notte dove non risultava la prenotazione per 5 persone ma solo per 4( era rimasta fuori la bimba di 6 anni) e ci hanno chiesto 200 quetzales in più non dandoci né un letto in più e sulle prime neanche la colazione per la bambina doveva essere inclusa. Viste le nostre perplessità hanno deciso di includere la colazione ma non ci è piaciuta la gestione della problematica.

Heel fijn, aangenaam en mooi verblijf.
Pros:

Heel leuk en aangenaam hotel. Op een toplocatie. Wij hadden een leuk balkon met zicht op het water. Goed werkende airco. De badkamers zijn standaard maar netjes.

Cons:

Het ontbijt ‘s morgens verloopt chaotisch. Duidelijk te weinig personeel waardoor de kwaliteit van het eten dan weer tegenvalt. Best wat minder opties geven, maar het wel beter doen.
