Beautiful little hotel
Pros:

We returned to this hotel for 1 night before flying back to GC.

We had a standard double room which was at the rear of the property,  so quiet.   Two large beds,  ensuite and they provide soap and shampoo. The room is clean

Check in was efficient and they also arranged a shuttle to the airport for us the next morning to suit our times for Q35 each. 

Breakfast was great again but this time we had to pay for coffee which was a little disappointing. 

I would stay here again.

Cons:

Paying for coffee with breakfast when we didn't 2 weeks earlier.

Personnel. Problem with communication, agreed to check out at certain time for us to make it to the bus, the personnel left the hotel and closed it, which made it impossible for us to get out. We barely made it on time.

Bella la struttura, aveva tutti i confort

Cons:

Poca carta igienica, abbiamo dovuto richiederla più volte. La spazzatura non viene ritirata e non vengono forniti sacchetti extra nemmeno, perciò scomodo per chi alloggia in tanti.

Lindo hotel con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado con personal muy amable, es acogedor con decoración muy linda. A pesar de ser sencillo, su decoración es bonita. El desayino incluido es muy bueno.

Beautiful little hotel
Pros:

We booked the balcony room for 2 nights.   It's beautiful.   2 large beds,  ensuite and a cute balcony overlooking the street below and the lake over rooftops opposite.  

You are provided with soap and shampoo and the water is hot in the shower.  The room is very clean 

Check in was good,  with fairly good English ... better than my Spanish!    The communal area is really pretty too.   And there is drinking water available at all times.   

Breakfast was included and was really great!   Coffee was included. 

If you have the balcony room you will get street noise,  bring earplugs.  Or wasn't an issue then.

Exceeded expectations in everyway
Pros:

Excellent room and service - so helpful organizing a ride to the airport and providing breakfast to go, loved the 3rd spaces (cafe, lounge, rooftop), perfect location.

Cons:

Room with the balcony could get a bit nosy during the night but during the day, the balcony was great to have, so pros and cons but overall, don't regret our room selection.

Este alojamiento es una estai.
Pros:

El desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Que me cambiarán la habitación por un apartamento a 500 m del hotel.
Que me solicitarán una fianza de 30 €.
Que me quieran engañar en el trato acordado, reserve habitación de 2 camas y en el apartamento solo me querían dar 1.
Que me dijeron que me acompañarían y al hacer el check in me querían dar ubicación del alojamiento y espabila.
Que las tres noches que estuvimos alojadas no limpiaron, no cambiarán toallas.
Que el precio fue abusivo por los servicios que prestaron.
Que el personal fuera tan antipático.
Que informen del cambio cuando ya estoy de viaje.
Que me informen de la fianza el día del chekin.
Fue muy descarada la forma de engañar al cliente.
No lo recomiendo para nada

Schönes Hotel! Nancy & Faustino machen einen super Job.
Pros:

Frühstück war super, Nancy und Faustino großartig! Die Lage ist gut und es gibt dort alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Bieten die Touren nach Tikal & Co zu fairen Preisen an.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr hart und die Kissen ebenfalls, sowie sehr voluminös. 2 Kissen haben sie uns auf Nachfrage zögerlich ausgetauscht. Wir waren 1 Woche dort, weswegen uns das wichtig war. Es ist schade, dass der Dachboden & die Dachterasse häufig gemietet waren, weswegen wir sie leider kaum nutzen konnten. Die Kaution erachte ich als sinnbefreit. Leider nehmen andere Gäste vor Ort wenig Rücksicht und wenn morgens um 3 die ersten Reisenden aufstehen für die Touren ist es sehr laut. Die meisten halten sich in der Regel nur 1-2 Nächte dort auf, mein Eindruck.
