Good location, friendly staff, aircon, and hot showers.
Breakfast included, but a little mean without a coffee. Beds were quite firm and was a little noisy in the morning but nothing ear plugs can’t fix.

La atención del personal de primera. Cordiales y atentos. Saliamos muy temprano para el aeropuerto, y dado que el desayuno se sirve desde las 7am, nos ofrecieron bolsitas con fruta, pan y agua.
Alquilamos un apartamento para cuatro pax, a una cuadra del hotel, que ellos manejan y arriendan. Luce bonito en las fotos y es muy grande, con aire acondicionado, TV (sin cable) y filtro de agua. El problema principal es la ducha con solo agua fria. La resistencia de la termoducha estaba malograda y el grifo no cerraba bien, goteando toda la noche. Además, hay solo utensilios, cocina, cafetera, refrigerador, etc. Pero no hay café, sal, pimienta, aceite...nada para usar la cocina. Habría que traer todo. Da a la calle y hay mucha luz. Tienen un patio trasero que lo comparten otras casas/departamentos. También habían zancudos. No fue una estadía placentera, pero estuvimos de tránsito menos de 12 horas. Este es un comentario del departamento, el hotelito se ve simpático y la atención es muy cordial.
La atención de Nancy, maravillosa, ojalá vean que vale oro, si Nancy estaba, había café, súper atenta, amable, nos aconsejó acerca de que hacer en nuestra estancia. Maravillosa!

Staff were a delight. So welcoming. We had to leave very early on the last day so we'd miss breakfast, so they made us a packet breakfast.
Great coffee, cakes, comfy beds and shower.

The location and Staff were incredible and welcoming. The hotel wasn't far from the Flores entry sign and the cafe was beautiful, upbeat, and very air conditioned. Breakfast is included and delicious! On top of that there are fantastic and generally affordable restaurants all around you on the street. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. The Island is quite walkable and there is access to docks and the water close by. They also have a booklet of pre-arranged tours and massages at reasonable prices.
I wasn't expecting there to be a deposit upon arrival, so be sure to keep 200 quetzales on you, but this is fully refunded when you check out. They will kindly let you pay this later if you don't have it on hand at check-in. There are ATMs within walking distance, so it's not really a problem.
Beware of mosquitoes. They do tend to sneak into the room, so keep a lemongrass essential oil on hand or the like.

The reception was very welcoming, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, although coffee is not included (they only serve juice or tea unless you pay extra).
The location is excellent and very close to where the tours depart, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is nicely decorated, and the room was spacious for its size, as was the bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.
I didn't receive basic amenities like soap and shampoo. The towel was very rough, and on my last day, the shower didn't provide hot water.
I personally did not experience noise issues since I stayed on the upper floor, but if you are assigned a room on the lower floor, be prepared for some noise.
The room as comfy and mostly clean (the floors could do with a proper scrub). The bed was fine and the AC was great. The food was good, they even packed me a lunch for my Tikal trip, organised the whole trip for me etc.
The Tikal trip guide was rather bad. He seemed bored and too cool for the job. I stayed longer to return with a separate group. This involved a long wait at the Tikal entrance and a drunk and rude tour guide organising the return.

All double rooms in the hotel (except one) have two separate single beds. There is only one room with a double bed in the entire hotel.
After breakfast, I felt unwell and experienced severe digestive issues that lasted for several days.
