Me gustó mucho el hotel, la ubicación, y para descansar. La habitación normalita pero se está comoda.

Cons:

Solicité la posibilidad de hacer el check-out a la 1:00 p.m. en lugar de las 12:00 p.m., como una excepción, ya que había salido a ver el amanecer y estaba viajando sola. No fue posible conceder esta hora adicional. Entiendo que en temporada alta existen protocolos, pero considero que en este caso se podría haber hecho la excepción.
Además, al regresar a las 2:00 p.m., las habitaciones aún estaban en proceso de limpieza, por lo que hubiera dado tiempo.
Por otro lado, el desayuno para llevar que ofrecen no es especialmente destacable.

В комнате был огромный таракан и вода в душе не сливалась, пришлось почистить слив подручными средствами.
Окна выходили внутрь кафе, поэтому было шумно днём.
Меня не предупредили о времени чекаута в день выселения и потребовали 50 GTQ за оверстей.

Cons:

Voor het ontbijt heb je geduld nodig. Meestal was het 1u wachten. Er staat ook maar 1 iemand in de bediening en die doet ook de check-in en check-out. Logisch dat het dan wat lager duurt. Zou fijn zijn als ze er tijdens het ontbijt iemand bij zouden zetten.

Un séjour qui aurait pu être agréable
Pros:

Charmant hôtel, bien situé, joliement décoré, aux chambres propres et bien aménagées. Le personnel de l'après-midi est sympathique, un peu moins celui du matin.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux !

Cons:

Mais... je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre qui donnait sur une sorte de patio intérieur où se trouvaient les générateurs d'air conditionné. Ca a été un cauchemar! Si la chambre était confortable et bien aménagée, je ne peux pas parler de son confort quant au bruit infernal qui a gaché mon séjour. L'hôtel étant plein, on n'a pas pu me changer de chambre.
Pour le départ, on m'a imposé un horaire sans me dire qu'il était modulable étant donné que c'était un personnel de l'hôtel qui m'emmenait. je serais partie plus tard.

Seguramente la mejor opción en Flores!
Pros:

Una fantástica opción en la isla de Flores, a pocos pasos de "Yo amo Petén", desde donde salen la mayoría de tours. El alojamiento es bonito, la habitación que reservamos sencilla, pero cómoda, y tiene un loft para varios usos (lectura, yoga...) en la azotea. El desayuno, que incluye un plato de la carta y un jugo, es espectacular. Todo fue muy bien, pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue el personal. Nancy nos recibió al llegar como la mejor anfitriona posible; Manuel nos llevó cordial y muy seguros de madrugada al aeropuerto; Hans demostró ser increíblemente resolutivo gestionando un contratiempo con una huésped insoportable, con una educación y profesionalidad, digna de un gerente de un hotel 5*, y heroicamente sin descuidar al resto de clientes del restaurante; y Faustino, gran profesional, fan del pop-rock español de los 80 y sobre todo... con una vibra de otro planeta (como diríamos en España, un auténtico crack!). Muy afortunado este alojamiento de contar un equipo de este nivel!

They were a huge help in organizing the shuttles from the airport and to Belize. Arranging our Tikal tour was also super easy.

We highly recommend the Tikal tour through this agency! Our guide Lloyd was great—we really enjoyed it.
