Good place and value for money for family travelers, in the heart of Varanasi Town
Pros:

Good location, convenient, clean, value for money. Vicinity to Dashashwmedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwnath temple.
Slight inconvenience in public transport due to ongoing road closure which is expected to be open before end of 2026

overall very good experience
Pros:

Staffs were very friendly, location was very good - near godulia chawk , walking distance from the ghat and main temple. As due to construction , vehicle was unable to come so hotel staffs conveniently sent people to bring the luggage. They also helped to book cab, they even accepted request of early check in and late check out . Overall very good experience

Cons:

A minor thing for improvement. we booked for two room . in the two bed three members room, in the bathroom there was no big steel hanger so ladies found difficulty to keep the cloths

Pros:

The Room was clean and also the staff behaviour was cherry on top, followed by the location

Pros:

Good location, cleaniness and vibe

Cons:

Checkout time but its okay as manager gave space for luggage storing and provide common guest area for sitting.
If checkout time till 12 it should be better full 24hrs should be given.

Also little bit costlier side.

No window in room but good ac and fan so its okay

Excellent service and worth of money
Pros:

Service and facilities was excellent.
When ever I call for room service. They provide service with smiling face and without any delay. Even at late night.

Cons:

Location was hard to find. Language since they speak good only in hindi.

Comfortable place to stay in Varanasi
Pros:

The team who work here are so friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our 7 nights in Varanasi comfortable.

The hotel is located just off a main road down a short alley. The alley is perfectly safe, well lit and has shops in it.

Rooms are comfortable enough. Bed linen and towels were clean. Room was cleaned whenever we wanted it done. Bathroom was basic but functional. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water.

Smart TV and efficient air con contributed to comfort of stay.

Property is well located - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Considering the location it is very quiet and sleep quality was generally good. Not too far to walk to ghats - if you can negotiate the crowds!

Reception organised for our laundry to be collected and done - excellent job and cheapest we had in India!

It was like an oasis of calm after the madness of Varanasi.

Vores bedste anbefaling til et ophold i Varanasi.
Pros:

Det var et perfekt hotel med et meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Der var en god skraber på badeværelset. :-)
Vi fik 2 flasker vand om dagen og tilbud om rene håndklæder.

Good value for money in every way
Pros:

Well behaved and helpful staff, location, comfortable room though street sounds carry on till very late night, ease of booking, airport pick up though you have to walk 400mt to the hotel if you arrive after 8am or before 9pm.

Cons:

No restaurant or breakfast. You can order food to your room from a nearby restaurant after 10am. There are lots of eating options around the hotel as it is located in Gowdholia
