Location is the thing in Riverside hotel
Pros:

Location close to beach

Cons:

Room standard in general was low, shower was clogged, room is small. Feels like it’s just functional.

Superb location and Very friendly staff, served us food after kitchen closing and when we asked for late check out and they said "do it as per your ease, no hurry" *****

Cons:

nothing dislike, but just a suggestion for property owner. There should be some discount for in-house guest on F&B.

Loved The Riverside. I'd revist in a heart beat just avoid the salad:)
Pros:

The location and staff were AMAZING! Anki was a dude and really lovely. They were all so helpful and friendly, and the beach is beautiful. The Riverside food was good, but avoid the salad. I got food poisoning BAD after eating a salad. But the rest of the food was good, and the service was impeccable. I really loved those guys. My room was basic, but that is ok, it was clean and there was a mosquito net over the bed. I had the choice of sea view and no AC or AC and no view - I went for the view and don't regret it! The sunsets are something else and being able to watch the fun being had on the beach is ace!

Cons:

I didn't like the food poisoning!!!!! I knew I should not have ordered a salad but thought I'd risk it - don't make my rookie error!

Pretty amazing and serene.
Pros:

The location was top notch!! Food was excellent.

Cons:

Our room’s lock didn’t open fire one entire night and the management had to break the lock for us to enter. They fixed it next day.

For us The Riverside is overrated
Pros:

Perfect location right on the beach

Cons:

Dirty walls and furniture, most of the time no warm water (a few times no water at all), late night party noise from ‘the white house’ on the same compound, and sometimes too much shouting and music from the gym downstairs. Also we did not like the pressure we felt by the waiters on insisting to have diner in The Riverside. We took breakfast, lunch, drinks there and liked to go out for diner at different places ! If they want guests to stay for diner also, they should offer all-inclusive. Next to this there are much better kitchens in the neighbourhood, and also a lot less expensive. We think Riverside is quiet expensive also for the rooms itself, there are far better options nearby !

Great stay, the property was amazing. But didn’t have a minifridge, which sucked, for my beers!
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

No mini fridge.
Curtains just barely covered the beautiful glass doors and windows.
They could brighten up the rooms with lighter colours curtains
