1. If one books through Booking.Com the facility offers the worst of the rooms even if other rooms are available.
2. The room has a big pillar in between.
3. There was unnecessary furniture kept inside that was also very old, unkept
4. The room was like a solitary confinement... No windows, No Curtains just four walls
5. There was no hot water, forcing us to leave without taking a bath
6. There were no amenities properly provided. No tissues, except two bath towels, no hand towels, no floor towel nothing at all.
7. Breakfast has limited choices no value for the money.
8. The staff was also very indifferent... Least bothered about assisting in parking.. insisting that for walking as well outside the facility towards the external carpark should be from the exit side only even though the car parking was on the opposite side.
Hot tubs were nice but shower was on top of it so doesn't understand the point there.
Extra space to sit in the room.
It has a rooftop bar which is pretty sick.
There were literally zero guests at the property, despite of that they charged us early checkin. Also they were not helpful when we asked them for medicines which we had to buy ourselves from outside.
The room quality is meh, the hot water doesn't work properly, either it doesn't come or when comes it doesn't stop.
Kettle was broken, toilet seat flap was broken.
Poor service.
Just the reception staff who is very helpful at all times. Other than that everything is bad.
Need drastic improvement in restaurant's staff behaviour. I was literally discriminated in restaurant for wearing normal clothes instead of suit pant on morning breakfast. I asked for a hot bhatura 4 times but didn't get it for 30 minutes. At last I had to leave empty stomach from there because staff was busy serving suit pant people. Just because I am wearing something comfortable on my vacation doesn't mean you don't attend to me. Only good thing there was the receptionist who was actually helping out everyone, all alone. I request the management to atleast provide her a long standing chair so she can sit for a while during free time.
