Pros:

The room was comfortable. Close to the beach but away from the noise.

Cons:

The entrance road to the property is very bad. We were 3 adults in a room but only 2 towels were provided. We had to call for one more.

Worst stay and made our three days
Pros:

The worst experience ever , unhygienic place plus the basic bathroom facilities were not provided neither staff helped there as well as very rude and we have to keep chasing them in the end we had to leave the hotel after just 2 nights but we have booked it for 5 nights
Also booking.com customer support was horrible they haven’t helped us at all
Wont be doing any booking via booking.com

What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay feel much more personal.

One of my favorite parts was the peaceful garden view around the property. It added such a calm and refreshing vibe, especially in the mornings and evenings. The location is another big plus — the beach is just a short walk away, so it was super convenient to enjoy Colva.

Overall, it felt like a simple, comfortable, and well-maintained place with great hospitality. I’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Goa.

Pros:

The place has a really lovely feeling of being in the middle of a forest or village while being in easy walking distance from the sea.

And the staff are very kind. Especially the receptionist Bipul was helpful and always making sure all was good.

Spacious and clean bungalow near main street
Pros:

It was a few minutes walk to the main street and down to the beach. It was very clean and spacious with a nice outside area and most rooms seemed to have their own clothes drying rack. Staff were super friendly and will book cabs for you

Always think a kettle is a nice extra, but it never said it had one

The room was great, as was the restaurant - close to beach and to buy water etc
Friendly staff. Lovely place with garden

Cons:

Dogs barking but nothing to be done for that, just a challenge/take note if you're a llight sleeper. Got up and went for sunrise walk along beach

Le lit et la douche sont confortables. La jeune demoiselle qui a fait notre enregistrement à été agréable, un peu moins le monsieur.
