Pros:

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, die Adressangaben in Booking.com sind irreführend. "Gefunden" haben wir das Hotel nur, weil uns die Chefin per Telefon hingelotst hat. Das Echo liegt praktisch fast am äußeren Ende der Promenade, wo man im Grunde mit dem Fahrzeug gar nicht hinfahren darf. Normalerweise muss man nach dem Gepäck Abladen wieder wegfahren und woanders parken. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad da und durften sogar direkt vor dem Haus parken, weil dort glücklicherweise Platz war.
Das Gebäude des Hotels ist eines von vielen, gefühlt jeder Meter Platz ist dort irgendwie genützt. Teilweise sind die Häuser richtiggehend ineinander verschachtelt. Der Zugang zum Hotel geht über eine Metalltreppe nach oben, über einen Steg und eine Terrasse 2 Mal ums Eck, dann ist man erst wirklich im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, die Einrichtung modern. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht auf eine Mauerkrone, über der man gerade noch das Meer sehen kann.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, eine freundliche Bedienung hat uns alles genau erklärt.
Rund ums Hotel ist es recht turbulent, es liegt direkt an der Promenade, wo am Abend einiges los ist, was sich auch in der Lautstärke bemerkbar macht.

Proveli smo ovde dva noćenja i mogu iskreno reći da je ovo bilo najbolje mesto u kojem smo ikada odseli u Rapcu, a dolazimo već godinama. Soba je bila besprekorno čista, udobna i odlično opremljena. Posebno nas je oduševila predivna terasa na kojoj smo svakog jutra i večeri uživali uz pogled i mir. Lokacija je savršena – plaža je bukvalno na 10 metara, tako da nam auto uopšte nije bio potreban. Restoran je odličan, hrana je ukusna i kvalitetna, a doručak je raznovrstan, svež i zaista izvrstan. Osoblje je ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno pomoći. Sve je nadmašilo naša očekivanja i sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Topla preporuka svima koji žele bezbrižan odmor uz more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Es war ein absolut erholsamer Urlaub der extra Klasse, den man selten geniesen kann, alles war super

Ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, direkt 5m vom Meer, und jeden Tag mit einem wunderschönen, herrlich entspannten Sonnenaufgang. Das ist wirklich frühstücken der extra Klasse.

Cons:

Nichts, es war wirklich alles super, ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Die Betreiber (Besitzer) waren sehr bestrebt, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Es war eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, inklusive Personal.

Everything was great, the room, the host and the staff were very friendly and always at your service, the room was clean and tidy, very well insulated and quiet, the breakfast was phenomenal and everything was delicious.

Non esiste una reception, abbiamo ricevuto le chiavi praticamente chiedendo ai camerieri del ristorante sottostante che abbiamo scoperto a posteriori essere anch'esso in gestione al proprietario delle stanze; la stanza è praticamente sopra 4 locali diversi, 2 ristoranti, 1 pizza al taglio, 1 kebab quindi il rumore dei clienti, gli odori che i locali producono e la luce per illuminarli arrivano direttamente in camera quindi si è obbligati a restare sbarrati dentro con le finestre e le tende chiuse non potendo pertanto godere della vista del mare e comunque sentendo i rumori esterni, il bagno non è finestrato; il materasso non era male ma il letto adibito con coprimaterasso e piumini invernali costringe a chiedere di avere le lenzula in cotone; il cuscino era decisamente scomodo e fatto di un materiale che ti scaldava la faccia tipo calorifero quindi inutilizzabile; considerato che è una location che si frequenta in estate non capisco le scelte del proprietario.

Für 2 Nächte zum aushalten, ansonsten nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Es gab Frühstück und die Betten sind sehr bequem

Cons:

Alles sehr schmutzig, in der Dusche lagen noch Haare (sehr eklig). Badetücher fehlten im Zimmer. Kein Duschvorleger am Boden. Frühstück erst ab 08:30 Uhr, die Dame hatte erst um 09:00 alles hergerichtet. Wenig Auswahl, altbackenes Brot, Butter wurde ständig vergessen, speiseraum schmutzig, tote Insekten am Boden.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Mitarbeiter (denke der Chef) war auch sehr nett.

Nahe am Wasser.

Die großen Fenster.

Nur zur Info - Meerblick hat man wenn man steht und über das Dach sieht - zumindest war das bei uns so. ;-)

Cons:

Der Check-in war kompliziert, es gibt scheinbar keine Rezeption, eine Mitarbeiterin (nachdem wir sie angesprochen haben) hat gemeint wir sollen zum Kollegen, der sehr hilfsbereite Kollege kannte sich nicht aus aber mit ihm, kamen wir schlussendlich zum Schlüssel.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Badezimmer waren sehr viele Haare, viel Staub am Boden (leicht erreichbare Bereiche), die Einrichtung sieht auf den ersten Blick nett aus, jedoch waren zb alle Haken der Gaderobe kaputt usw.
