Cons:

UNTIDY ROOMS ..BATHROOM CAN USE A LOT OF UPLEEP. BEDSHEETS CAN BE MORE CLEAN ...DIDNT EVEN COVER THE MATTRESS FULLY.. THE DOOORMAT WAS DIRTY

Pathetic.
Pros:

The hotel was pathetic.

Cons:

The bed linen were dirty and there were cockroaches all over the place.Very unclean and unhygienic place.The lift to the hotel takes a long time.Also a very old place and not maintained at all.The toilets ,the room and the lift were all very bad.

Decent but okayish
Pros:

Room was decent sized and had all amenities needed. Bed was comfortable and the AC was working properly as well. Breakfast was okayish but was served on time.

Cons:

Rooms had little cleanliness issue with bugs and insects. TV was not working at all. Wifi was slow. Breakfast was nice but repititive. Could have been better if new items were added alternatively. Tea and Coffee needs improvement.

Breakfast was decent,staff were nice

Cons:

The pictures are deceiving.It is an old shabby place..Rooms are on the 6th floor of a mall.Not meant for family.Bachelors may be.Budget stay .But even after paying the quoted price,they asked extra price for commission..But the place was swarming with cockroaches and bugs.Toilet stinked like it was the home of cockroaches.There were places in the room were ceiling was torn and water leaked.The only plus I felt was they permitted early check in,late check out and the food was decent.Hoping they will look into this and maintain the rooms properly.

A disappointing stay with poor cleanliness and misleading room photos – not recommended for families.
Pros:

The hotel location is central, and the check-in staff were responsive when I requested a room change.

Cons:

The room provided initially was completely different from the photos online. It had broken tiles, visible stains, and was overall very unhygienic. Bedsheets and towels were dirty, with hair on them, and there were cockroaches in the room. Although the second room was slightly better, the toilet was clogged with stagnant water. Breakfast was average and not worth the price. Access through a mall was inconvenient.
