La bouteille d’eau à l’accueil ils m’ont offert pour rentrer dans chambre

Rien en plus ils m’on fait payé la bouteille d’eau qu’il m’ont en plus on a pas eu petit déjeuner c’était inclus normalement mais rien les draps c’était sale les couette sale chambre etait froid sans chauffage en plein hiver et y’avais mavaise des odeurs partout et on était 2 personne on nous a donné un serviette en plus c’était sale aussi

The room was poorly maintained, with significant cleanliness issues; the lock on the door was missing from the inside, necessitating the use of the exterior key for security. Additionally, the curtains, bedsheets, and pillow covers were stained. An undergarment was found hanging in the bathroom, and despite reporting this in the morning, no action was taken to address it by evening. Overall, the hotel lacks adequate facilities and the staff were unresponsive, rendering the experience unacceptable
