I had a reservation confirmed. On arrival I was told that the hotel does not have a c form so I cannot stay as I’m a foreign tourist. This wasn’t made clear during or after the booking.

Pros:

It was in a very inconvenient place, and they had cameras in hallways which was fine, but I noticed as I was walking up to the desk one in a room with two gentlemen in their undergarments on the video camera making me wonder if they were in every room. I found this very unsafe and inappropriate.
