Horrible stays. Do not book this hotel. Staffs ste rude

Cons:

This hotel is horrible place to stay. Pictures shows clean places but reality is different. Also AC going to turn off at night. There wasn’t AC from midnight. I booked 4 rooms and all of them same. AC controls showed error message and not work s . Me and my family were not able to sleep staff was rude

The stay was very relaxing. Value for money with all amenities. Exceptionally clean rooms .
Pros:

The breakfast was scrumptious. A wide array of south Indian delicacies. The appam and coconut milk was too good. The tea was over when we had come but the manager seated us and got the tea master to make a second round of tea. The crockery and cutlery were washed and clean.

Cons:

The watermelon juice was very tasty but only I got to drink it . My spouse and kids did not get it as it was over.
