The staff were helpful and cooperated to the level best.

Cons:

The room had fungus, there was smell of diesel vehicles in the room since it was directly above the road, the bedsheet had holes in, the room was so unclean, chair and almirah was in bad condition as well as dirty.

The location of the hotel is very nice. They do not have free breakfast facility and the restaurant opens after 12 in the noon.

Very much poor and unprofessional approch from hotel stuff
Pros:

No toiletries given..AC not working..Towel not given..unon several reminders they lastly given towel..no brakefast serve..Dinner food quality was very much poor.In bathroom their was no provision to keep clothes.

Cons:

Nothing is served..for each and every thing remind them several time where only 20percent they are able to provide but everything mentioned complementary during booking
