The idea of promoting 'Breakfast INCLUDED' was ridiculous for this place. Probably there was no other traveller and we got stuck because of untrue reviews from Booking.com, the breakfast was never available and when requested it was given as a huge obligation. Suggest booking.com site should not rate such hotels and if they need to rate, then must visit themselves.
Difficult place to reach. Had poor markings all the way.
The staff was least interested in helping. Basic facilty like TV or cable were non functional. No refrigerator in rooms. There is so much scope to improve.

Food options
Location was very good. Very easy to reach from Pune.
Very limited breakfast menu options ( if opted for complementary breakfast). Housekeeping and cleaning of rooms can be improved.
The property had a delightful view as they mentioned in the app. The staff was really polite and friendly helpful.

I liked the room's position - direct view of the range of mountains. Strawberry farms tour which the hotel management has organised - it was an wonderful experience.
Approach road for the hotel - too narrow and steep road and not having visible signage for the hotel entry. Parking space also not adequate to accommodate large vehicles - if the no of vehicle is more.
This is a limited accommodation in Panchgani (Little outskirts) and the way to reach the property is a narrow road.
The views are hidden as there are a couple of properties that are around the place but still, there is a bit of privacy. For the price point we paid (as our agenda was sightseeing) I felt this was an okay place if your motive is to just get back and rest. The staff is friendly & can give you basic facilities. We did not eat at the property as we came there to relish local food and ate outside.
As our stay was a very limited period, this criteria would not fit. But A - The road to the property was very narrow.
As a property, there is no much option for it to grow and mould to become a big resort as its a decently priced place and you get what you pay!
