Walking Distance to the Matabungkay Beach and The pool is good.

The location is perfect and as a German Born filipino eating at the German owned Eatery called, Leckeres Essen ( Delicious Food ), just around the corner of the Hotel is an extra Bonus.
The staff Joy and Grace made an excellent European and Filipino Breakfast which also included the owners home made Marmalade.
As far as I remember the owners are from France.
The pool is clean and well maintained which is not always the case at a season when there are usually none or only a few guests to expected to be staying.

The staff were super nice! The room was spacious, and I really appreciated the extras—extension cord, fans, refrigerator, and water heater.
I just wish the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit stronger.

I have been to this hotel before and was very satisfied. However, on this occasion, I paid a lot of money for a room without a fridge. The main door had gaps which allowed mosquitoes to enter during the night. Bitten several times.

Cheap. Si.ple rooms. Water pressure bit poor but at least the water was warm. Basic menu and the breakfasts were bit sparse but no complains considering the price.
Luckily enough just the weather.

The place was disgusting. When we arrived in the room, it was sprayed to mask the mold problem. We stayed 1 night because we arrived almost midnight from a long day of flight from Ilocos and drove to Batangas to check a property. It's an option to either stay in the car or stay in this place. We were woken up with a disgusting smell of sewer from a plumbing problem the next morning. We asked their staff to check the room and smell the room to verify our claim, which she did, and agreed. Reach out to the property management to get a refund for 1 remaining night of our stay due to the situation of the room, yet the owner has the audacity to be condescending. We are not expecting a 5star hotel when we booked, but we expect a clean room.

We don’t have anything that we didn’t like in your property.I only suggest to provide us thicker blanket as it’s too cold for a child to stay in air conditioned room.Its excellent place to stay for a family friends with a big numbers.
There was a free WIFI service.
1. The pool was beside a sewer where kitchen refuse goes so it smelled so bad and dirty. It is not good health-wise as mosquitoes will live there and eventually cause harm. I hope that the owners of the resort resolve this problem if they want more guests in the future.
2. There was an environmental fee of P 25. 00 per head going inside the location. The public beach is very poorly maintained. There was a lot of trash in the beach so the kids did not swim in the beach but in the pool instead. I wonder where does the environmental fee go?
3. The rate was high. I paid P 9500.00 for 2 rooms and every extra bed was P 500.00. Use of kitchen was P 250.00.
The breakfast was good but not enough on the plate so I needed to order 2 breakfasts.
The room was very good for the price of the room.
The hotel is very close to the beach walking distance.
The pool was also very nice.
The fact that every time they needed to fill the pool the water in the bathroom was not available.
The area in with the hotel is situated there nothing to do except the beach.
