Unsatisfactory. Waste of money.

Location was fine.

Cons:

I was told they don’t allow guests to order in food from outside. Their food was horrible. They had limited options in their menu and when i tried ordering dinner i was told most of the dishes were unavailable. Very unprofessional.

Nothing i like in this kind of hotels

Cons:

The staff were too rude and 1 minute late for check out they charged at 500
& just because we reached a bit early to the time of check in they also charge extra 500 worst ever...never had this experience with any hotel to get charge for a bit early check jn an 1 _2 minute late check out

Pros:

Cleanliness, Hot Water facility, Electric Kettle and the morning tea-kit.

Cons:

Position of the bathroom light should have been above the mirror. This is placed on the wall to the right of the mirror.
