Excellent place
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and the food excellent. At our request, they prepared lunch even though it wasn't the time to. They let us stay for an extra hour because we were pretty tired. I might not be wrong if I said it is the best hotel in lachung, considering the price (got 2 rooms for 4k). The pictures do not mislead, rather, the real rooms are more beautiful and decorated

Cons:

I booked an Executive triple room for 1 night but there was nothing executive about it. The room was dirty with lots of dust around, the toilet was dirty, no drinking water, etc. No phone so if you need you to go to reception and there every time I find no one and then to locate someone to order something. The location is not accurate and it is a bit out so you would expect the hotel to provide a good choice of food all the time but only Maggi was available in the afternoon and evening. I ordered tea clearly calling out separate milk and sugar but they brought milk tea and that too when I chased once and after 45 min of my initial order. Also tea came in open cups in that cold weather so by the time tea reached you it was cold already.
There were other guests also who were also unhappy about the location and service.

The NON DIVINE Experience
Pros:

The Rooms were clean and looked great.We stayed at this place in Lachung for a night during our visit to Yumthang Valley. The hotel is nice with good amenities and the rooms are good.

Cons:

The staff is not friendly at all. During out stay there was a manager named Mr. Nirmal, who was least bothered to provide services and we had to explicitly ask for everything. They didn't even offer to carry the luggage and did it only when we asked for it.
The food we had for dinner was tasty but incredibly expensive. A plate of Paneer costed Rs. 360 !!
Suggestion: Please improve staff behaviour.

Clean room with a beautiful view
Pros:

The staff were well-behaved, they specially prepared an early morning breakfast for us as we were leaving. The rooms were very clean.
