The rude behaviour of the staff, asked for extra money also when I told them that I will be checking out early in the morning at 2:00 AM as I have bus in the morning, he was like you cannot. It felt like i was held as a hostage, I replied that bro I have bus, I will leave at 2:00 AM, keep the keys in the counter, do what you want

Close to Aiims, hence good for a short stay.
Pros:

Attentive staff and comfortable bed for a decent sleep. Very close to Aiims (a 10 min ride away), in a decent location close to deer park, green park area, Safdarjung area/ station and hence manageable for a short stay. If you need a place to sleep in close proximity to Aiims, it is a decent choice as compared to the hotels in the busy area near the hospital.

The lovely staff managed to help keep our check in luggages, while we went for a 3 day trip to Agra before our onward trip.

Request for a room with a balcony for a decent experience/ fresh air. We didn't stay in throughout the day, just for sleep!
Zomato , Blinkit for tea/ breakie and other food needs as there are loads of eateries around if you'd like to order in.

Great value for money !
Pros:

The room was clean and the shower was good. Good water pressure and water heating worked well.
Common area had a balcony with a park view which is nice !
Staff are very friendly and helpful
The location is great , near a lot of nice cafes and eateries . Also good street food and in a young hip area

Cons:

Mattress was really soft
Room walls were moldy
Small window leading to balcony. Was expecting a big open window view

Location and approach road. Cabs/autos find it difficult to take the guests to the entrance. No proper name board.
Sincere staff but not sufficient to provide prompt and efficient services.

Bed was uncomfortable.

It was disappointing as I booked it from booking.com the price that was shown was 1600 for a normal room my father and uncle’s stay of one night and once they reached the property they paid 3400 in which 2800 was for the room and 600 for early check in, early check is understood but what about the charges they had to pay for a small room of one night where no food was available only water that too from Auro set up in kitchen rooms were made as if it is a society and they converted it into a hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is at a very strange location. The mentioned Green park is not correct location. Pictures were fake. The property seemed very unsafe for a lone traveller, it was very difficult to reach the property. My taxi driver told me not to stay in this area as its unsafe for a female guest. I had to find a new stay at night.
